Police: Man in gray SUV exposes himself to 6th person in string of incidents

A west Madison woman was the sixth victim in a string of incidents in which a man exposed himself to strangers, police said.
The Madison Police Department said a 55-year-old woman was headed out for a walk Friday in the 700 block of Blue Ridge Parkway at 6:09 a.m. The woman saw a gray SUV stopped at the end of her driveway. The SUV continued down the cul-de-sac and returned to the end of her driveway, when the driver asked the woman for the time.
Police said the driver exposed himself to her. The woman provided police with the SUV’s plate number, which detectives connected to five other exposure incidents in the last month.
Madison police asked residents to remain vigilant. Anyone who sees a small gray Saturn Vue SUV or any other suspicious vehicle in their neighborhood during the early morning hours that appears to be circling or waiting for someone to begin walking along the street is asked to contact Madison police immediately.
The suspect is described as black, between 30 and 35 years old, police said.
