Police: Man attacked while riding downtown
Confrontation started with woman in street, police say

MADISON, Wis. — A 27-year-old Madison man was punched in the face during a confrontation that started when he asked a woman to get off the road.
Police said the man was a passenger in a car driving in the 400 block of North Frances Street early Saturday morning when he asked the woman to get out of the middle of the road. Joey M. Ceaser, 27, of Madison, responded by asking the man who he thought he was before punching him and running, according to a police report.
Officers were nearby and police said they were able to arrest Ceaser on suspicion of battery, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting an officer.
