Police: Man arrested on 5th OWI after nearly striking vehicle
Couple calls 911, provides description of vehicle

MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man was arrested on a charge of fifth offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated after nearly striking another vehicle, Madison police said.
A Waunakee couple called 911 after their vehicle was nearly struck by a Jeep Grand Cherokee as its driver weaved in and out of various Northport Drive traffic lanes at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.
The husband and wife were able to provide a description of the Jeep as well as its license plate.
An officer found the Grand Cherokee on Vera Court and arrested its driver, Barry A. Miller, 46, on a charge of fifth offense OWI, according to the incident report.
