Police: Man Arrested After Heroin Overdose In Car
A 33-year-old Madison man was arrested after police said he overdosed on heroin and collapsed behind the wheel last week.
The incident happened on Friday afternoon in the 1100 block of Catalpa Circle.
Jerry Henning was revived and taken to a local hospital and is now facing charges of possession, bail jumping and second-offense OWI.
