Police: Janesville woman turns herself in after attempted homicide

JANESVILLE, Wis. — Police say a woman they had been searching for in connection to an attempted homicide turned herself in Sunday afternoon.
Police were searching for Arielle Landing, of Janesville, since Friday. Around 3 p.m. police responded to 4017 Whitney St. for reports of a traffic collision, police said. Investigators determined the crash was intentional.
Police said Landing was driving the involved vehicle and then fled the scene. The 26-year-old walked into the Janesville Police Department around 2 p.m. Sunday.
Police said Landing is facing felony charges of first-degree attempted homicide and hit-and-run causing injury.
