Police: Fitchburg man robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night
FITCHBURG, Wis. — Fitchburg officers responded to reports of a man robbed at gunpoint Wednesday evening, according to a report from the Fitchburg Police Department.
According to the report, the 31-year-old victim was stopped by two assailants in the 4900 block of Chalet Gardens Road at 7:58 p.m., and they put a gun to his side and told him to give them his money. The perpetrators allegedly took his wallet and phone before telling him to run.
As of now, police have not made any arrests pertaining to this case. The investigation is ongoing.
