Pedestrian killed by car in Stoughton, police say
STOUGHTON, Wis. — Stoughton police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident Monday night.
Police say a driver hit someone walking on the 800 block of North Page Street just before 7 p.m.
That person died at the hospital.
The driver stopped after the crash and is cooperating with police.
A portion of North Page Street was closed for a few hours until police could complete their investigation.
