Patricia L. “Pat” Johnson

MADISON-Patricia L. “Pat” Johnson, age 65, of Madison, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Oak Park Place.

She was born on Jan. 21, 1947, in Madison, the daughter of Burt and Ida (Bakken) Johnson. Pat was a member of Eastside ALANO and AA since 1977. She enjoyed trips to the casino. Pat was also an avid Packers and Brewers fan.

She is survived by her children, Tracy (Kevin) Olson and Cindy (Tony) Forler; grandchild, Taylor Keys; brothers and sisters, Burt Jr., Bob (Doris), Betty (Chuck) Capesius, Jim, and Ken (Donna); nieces and nephews; relatives and friends; and grand dog, Daisy.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, with the Rev. Jeff Vanden Heuvel presiding.

Burial will be at Lakeview Lutheran Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.
