Near west side street closure will affect traffic heading east

Bluff Street between Blackhawk and Franklin avenues will be closed starting Monday, according to a release.

Speedway Sand and Gravel crews will close the road to eastbound traffic, but westbound traffic will be maintained during the construction work, officials said.

A signed bike detour for both directions will be set up using Blackhawk Avenue, Stevens Street, Shepard Terrace and Franklin Avenue.
