BONITA SPRINGS, FLA/LODI-Nancy Lee Zak, age 76, formerly of Bonita Springs, Fla., passed away on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Our House in Lodi. She was born on Aug. 10, 1936, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Raymond and Marie Spansail.

Nancy is survived by her children, Kim (Richard Groves) Zak, Tami L. Zak, Tal S. (Carol) Zak; grandchildren, Jennifer, Emma, Jack Jacob, and Jonathon, great grandson, Austin; brothers, Jon (Delores) Spansail and Richard (Loretta) Spansail; and sister, Linda Thadani. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Zak, Sr., in 1995, and her son, Jack Zak, Jr., in 2006.

Nancy’s wishes were that no services be held. Memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Home Health United Hospice and Our House for the special care they gave to Nancy.
