Naked man exposes, fondles himself outside Edgewood College
Police: Man says 'don't leave, this is my fantasy'
MADISON, Wis. — A man who exposed himself to a woman Wednesday night outside Edgewood College asked the woman not leave and told her it was his fantasy.
The Madison Police Department said a 19-year-old woman was playing a guitar at 7:15 p.m. in the outdoor conservancy area on the Edgewood campus when a man walked into the area, then left.
According to the report, the man returned wearing no clothing. He told the woman not to leave, and asked her “to just watch him.” Police said he told her it was his fantasy.
The woman quickly averted her attention and began leaving as the male started fondling himself, police said.
The man wasn’t found when police arrived. Officers are working with campus security and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
The man was described as Indian, between 20-24 years old with short brown hair and a slender build, according to the report.
