Mount Horeb man arrested on suspicion of 6th OWI offense

A Mount Horeb man, pulled over for speeding, was arrested for his alleged sixth operating while under the influence offense.

Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop Saturday night, in the N. 95000 block of State Highway 69 in the Town of New Glarus.

Deputies arrested Joshua D. Potter, 38, of Mount Horeb, for operating while under the influence, sixth offense, according to a release from the Green County Sheriff’s Office. Potter was also cited for speeding.

A sixth offense OWI is a felony in Wisconsin.
