Mother, baby killed in Milwaukee crash
MILWAUKEE — Police say a mother and her baby died when their vehicle was struck by a driver who failed to stop for a red light in Milwaukee.
The crash happened about 1 a.m. Monday. Authorities say the 27-year-old woman and her 11-month-old daughter died at the scene of the crash at a north side intersection.
Police say a 22-year-old man who ran the red light was taken to the hospital and later arrested.
