Moped driver injured in rear-end crash

A 69-year-old Verona man was injured when the moped he was driving was rear-ended by a car Sunday night, according to a release from Madison police.
Officers were called to Fish Hatchery Road at West Badger Road at 6:08 p.m. after the moped driver, who was stopped for traffic, was hit from behind by a car driven by a friend, according to police.
