Monroe man sent to hospital after tractor rolls over in field

The Green County Sheriff’s Department said a 57-year-old Monroe man had to be taken to the hospital via Medflight following a tractor accident Wednesday afternoon.

The incident happened just after 1:30 p.m. in the N4800 block of County Highway N in the Town of Monroe.

According to the sheriff’s department, the tractor operated by the Monroe man rolled over in a field, ejecting the man.

The sheriff’s department is not releasing the name of the victim until they contact family members.
