Monica Hope Jenson
MOUNT HOREB – Monica Hope Jenson, of Mount Horeb, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, at Meriter Hospital. She was born on Nov. 17, 1937, the daughter of Benford and Hannah Jelle.
Monica loved to bake and sew. She made many quilts over the years for Quilts of Valor for Veterans.
Monica is survived by her children, Randy Jenson (Kim Marty) of Blanchardville, Cary (Jake) and Cindy Jenson of Mount Horeb, and Cindy and Tim Neuroth of Great Falls, Mont.; grandchildren, Holly (Dave) Prather, Leigh (Jeffrey) Ellingson and Samantha (Dallas) Engeldinger; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vergene Jenson; daughter, Vicki Jenson; and brother, DuPont Jelle.
