Milton man suspected of 5th OWI
Report: Man blew 0.13 BAC

JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Milton man was arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense operating while intoxicated after jumping a curb, according to a release from Janesville police.
Police said an officer who was in the area of West Delavan Drive and Center Avenue at 2:20 a.m. spotted a car driving north on Center Avenue jump a curb before turning east on Delavan Drive.
Police pulled over the car driven by Michael S. Terrill, 34, who denied drinking. The officer said he had slow and sluggish speech and showed signs of impairment during a field sobriety test.
A breath test given at the police department showed Terrill’s blood alcohol content was 0.13, according to the report.
Terrill was also arrested on suspicion of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and possession of drug paraphernalia.
