Mildred K. Myers

Mildred K. “Milly” Myers, age 62, of Dodgeville, died on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Upland Hills Health, following a long illness. Milly was born on January 16, 1954 in Dodgeville to Aldro and Rose (Hollander) Martin. She was a 1972 graduate of the Dodgeville High School. Millie had worked at Super 8 for the past 19 years. She enjoyed crocheting, going to garage sales, dancing, goofing around and helping others. Her greatest joy was time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Rosemary Colbeck and a brother, Douglas Martin.

Milly is survived by three children, Mark Martin of Mineral Point; April (Jerry) McCluskey of Dodgeville and Nick (Amy Davis) Myers of Dodgeville; five grandchildren, Zach, Shannon, Morgan, Hunter and Shayla; five siblings, Ruthann (Mike) Reynolds of Dodgeville; Patti (Bob) Kane of Monona; Laurie (Harry) Hying of Dodgeville; Jane (Tim) Marking of DeForest and Mike (Laurie Forseth) Martin of Dodgeville; an aunt, Gloria Hollander of Dodgeville; her former husband, Ralph Myers of Dodgeville as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the Lulloff-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home in Dodgeville with Msgr. Daniel Ganshert officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Friday. Memorials to Milly’s family would be greatly appreciated.
