Michael A. LeaVesseur

VERONA-Michael A. LeaVesseur, age 56, of Verona, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, surrounded by his family after a 4-1/2 year battle with cancer. He was born in Omaha, NE, the son of Wanda and the late Carlton LeaVesseur of Chippewa Falls. Michael worked as an executive at Telephone and Data Systems for 27 years in various capacities.

Michael is survived by his wife, Jean (Lompa); daughter, Kristen; mother, Wanda; siblings, Kimberly (Sam) Ross of Tujunga, Calif., Mark of Eau Claire, and Jay (Nancy) of Iowa City, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews.
