Memorial Union Terrace to open to Union members, visitors on May 10th

MADISON, Wis. — The UW-Madison Memorial Union Terrace will open to all Union members and visitors starting May 10, the Union announced to members in an e-mail Monday.

The Terrace opened last week to UW students and staff, but was not yet open to Union members or visitors from the general public.

Seating at the Terrace will be on a first come, first served basis, the Union said. Unlike last summer, reservations will not be required.

The Terrace will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. People will be asked to enter the Terrace through the east side doors of the Memorial Union. Face masks will be required, and with the exception of service animals, pets will not be allowed.

The Memorial Union and Union South will also be open to Union members and the public starting May 10th.

More information on the rules at the Terrace can be found on the Memorial Union’s website.
