Medical examiner identifies Madison woman killed in Interstate crash
MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s office is identifying the woman killed in a crash on the Interstate in Madison late last week.
The medical examiner says 29-year-old Mariel G. Haverkamp of Madison was the person who died in the crash on northbound Interstate 39/90/94 near mile marker 136 on Madison’s east side Thursday afternoon.
The medical examiner determined Haverkamp died at the scene from her injuries.
Authorities say several vehicles were involved in the crash.
