Masked man robs north side gas station at gunpoint, police say
MADISON, Wis. — A masked man robbed a gas station at gunpoint Sunday night on Madison’s north side, police said.
Officers were sent around 10 p.m. to the Citgo gas station at 1423 Northport Drive for reports of an armed robbery, according to a release.
The robber pulled a handgun on the clerk, demanded money and then fled toward Warner Park, police said.
The robber was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a dark mask over his face, according to the release.
No one was injured in the incident.
