Margo M. “Dolly” Gallus

Margo M. “Dolly” Gallus, age 85, died on Wednesday, June 7, 2012 at St. Clare Hospice House in Baraboo. She was born December 9, 1926 in Cheyenne, WY to Clara and Ernest Myers.

She married Russell “Bud” Gallus on June 28, 1946 and became a life long resident of Merrimac. She enjoyed needle point, crochet, and spending time with her dear friend Betty, and serving in the Merrimac and Methodist Women’s Clubs.

She is survived by her sons, James (Bonnie) Gallus and Thomas (Pat) Gallus, both of Merrimac; and their sons, Aaron (Stephanie) of Middleton, and Adam and Andrew of Merrimac; great-grandchildren Aidan, Gavin and Madelyn. She is further survived by her sister Laurella and brother Arlen. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud, brother Bob, and parents.

A Memorial Celebration of her life will be held at MERRIMAC UNITED METHODIST CHURCH at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Merrimac United Methodist Church.
