Margaret V. (Kyte) Wald

Margaret V. Wald, age 89, passed away peacefully at the UW Hospital with loving family and friends by her side on April 4, 2012.

Margaret was born December 29, 1922 to George and Mary (Seavert) Kyte in Marinette Wisconsin. Margaret was married to Frederick Wald on January 12, 1946 enjoying 61 years together. Margaret was very proud of Fred who was an honored veteran of World War II.Fred’s military career and their love for travel took them all over the world together.Margaret was a generous, patient, gentle and kind soul who had a special love for her cats and a passion for writing. Margaret was a firm believer in education and continued taking classes throughout her life earning an associate’s degree in liberal studies from Madison Area Technical College at the age of 79.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Wald, and is survived by her Nephew David Kyte and family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave.Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Forest Home Cemetery, Marinette, WI.
