Margaret B. Hansen
Madison – Margaret B. Hansen, age 99, passed away on October 18, 2022, at Agrace Hospice. She was born on March 15, 1923, in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin to parents Chris and Anita (Kassabaum) Homburg.
Margaret married John Hansen on January 24, 1948, at their pastor’s house. She was a beautician for many years, running her own beauty shop on Atwood Ave in Madison. In her later years, she had her salon in her home. She loved watching the Brewers, going for car rides, and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Margaret is survived by her brother Rodney (Beverly) Homburg; Dorothy (Bob) Frandy who Margaret loved as a daughter; grandchildren Salena (David) Dinkel and Seth (Jenae) Hart; great-grandchildren Kai, Ava, and Odin; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband John; parents; and her siblings, Milo, Agnus, Melvin, Lucille, Florence, Harold, and Ruth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Lutheran Church or to Agrace Hospice.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, 3702 County Highway AB, McFarland. A visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Lunch at the Church to follow the service. A private interment will be held at Highland Memory Gardens.
