Man faces 4th OWI after almost crashing into building

Douglas H. Gelb, 61, of Madison, was arrested for his alleged fourth operating while intoxicated offense early Saturday morning, according to police.
At around 2:00 a.m. police received multiple calls of a red car almost crashing into a building and coming close to hitting several parked cars, officials said.
Deputies said they located the vehicle outside of the Gelb’s residence. Gelb was arrested and booked into the Dane County jail, facing felony OWI and bail jumping charges. He was also cited for operating after revocation.
