Man dies after motorcycle crash
A Walworth man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Beloit on Sunday.
Beloit police said Brody M. Austin, 19, was traveling with a group of four other motorcyclists Sunday afternoon when he lost control of his motorcycle, hit a curb and crashed near Gateway Boulevard and Townhall Road at 12:18 p.m.
Police said alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash. The cause is under investigation.
The Rock County Medical Examiner said he died at a hospital later on Sunday from the injuries he suffered in the crash.
Austin was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
