Man arrested for naked workout at Planet Fitness

A Massachusetts man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure/lewdness and disorderly conduct after police said he was working out in the nude at a Planet Fitness.

WMUR-TV reported Eric Stagno, 34, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, walked into the Plaistow, New Hampshire, Planet Fitness and took off his clothing. He then walked back and forth a couple times before settling in on some yoga mats.

When police arrived to the gym, officers found Stagno completely nude in a “yoga-type position,” WMUR reported.

Officers said Stagno’s only statement was that he thought Planet Fitness was a “judgement-free zone,” referencing the fitness chain’s slogan.

According to WMUR, Stagno is not a member at the gym and was arrested without incident.

NECN reported Stagno is free on bail and has an arraignment scheduled for Sept. 21.
