MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man charged earlier this year with multiple counts of trafficking children and child sexual assault is now facing 10 new charges, including multiple counts of possession of child porn.
Zachariah Singletary, 36, now faces a total of 20 charges, including seven counts of possession of child pornography, one count of strangulation and one count of child abuse — intentionally causing harm.
Singletary’s new charges were filed in Dane County on Tuesday, according to online court records.

The original criminal complaint filed against Singletary when charges were first filed back in October alleges the 36-year-old tried to have sex with multiple teenagers at a convenience store on State Street. Singletary also allegedly offered drugs and vodka to one of the victims in exchange for sex; when she refused, Singletary reportedly told her he would force her “to submit to him.”
News 3 Now has requested a copy of the amended complaint to learn more about the newly filed charges. This story will be updated with that information when it becomes available.
