Madison woman arrested for suspected felony OWI

MIDDLETON, Wis. — Police arrested a woman early Saturday morning after responding to a report of an intoxicated woman in a parking lot.

According to the report, Middleton officers identified a parked car with the engine running at the Kwik Trip off of Parmenter street around 3:30 a.m.. Police questioned 32-year-old, Whitney Jessup and observed a strong alcohol odor.

Jessup agreed to a field sobriety test, which led to officers arresting for her 4th OWI offense. Police said she was booked into Dane County Jail over tentative felony charges.
