Madison Police searching for two boys who pulled gun on cab driver
MADISON, Wis. — Madison Police are searching for two teenage boys who pulled a gun on a Green Cab Driver.
It happened in the 2500 block of Calypso Road around 8:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police say the two boys, around 15 and 16 years old got into the cab and asked to go to Sun Prairie. When the driver reportedly asked for payment ahead of time, one of the boys got out of the car, went into a nearby apartment building, and came back carrying a long gun, which police say could be a shotgun.
Both suspects eventually ran away on foot.
The cab driver was not injured.
Police describe the suspect who showed the gun as a black teenager wearing a blue Nike hoodie.
