Madison Police Search For Woman, 4-Month-Old

Madison police said they are seeking the public’s help in finding a 19-year-old Madison woman and her baby.

Police said they are trying to locate Gabrielle M. Looper and her 4-month-old daughter, Liliana.

Police said Looper has not had any contact with her family for three weeks, and they are concerned about finding her and the baby.

“There’s no thought that there’s any foul play. Gabrielle is the legal guardian of the 4-month-old child, but it’s in our interest to locate the two individuals,” said Howard Payne, of the Madison Police Department.

Her family said Looper and her daughter may be in the East Washington Avenue area.

Looper and her family live in Madison, police said.
