Madison police search for person of interest in violent disturbance from February

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are working to identify a person of interest in a disturbance from February which left the victim with “significant facial injuries,” according to an incident report Monday.

On Feb. 28, Madison police were sent to the 400 Block of North Frances Street for a report of a disturbance  at 2 a.m.

The report said police arrived and found the victim who suffered injuries, though the suspect had already left the scene.

Police have since identified a person of interest in the case and are attempting to identify them. Officials released surveillance photos of the person Monday.
