Madison man injured after falling 30 feet
23-year-old victim fell from balcony on Langdon Street
MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man is in the hospital in critical condition after falling from a fourth floor balcony early Friday morning.
It happened at a home in the 100 block of Langdon Street.
The man fell about 30 feet onto concrete, investigators said.
A roommate said he heard two loud thuds at 3:36 a.m. and last saw the 23-year-old victim about 30 minutes before the fall, according to police.
The victim and several others had accessed the balcony through a fourth floor window. The fourth floor is communal storage space and a workout area, police said.
