Madison man faces homicide charge in connection with drug death

A Madison man has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide after Madison police investigated the death of a 22-year-old Janesville woman in December, according to a release.
On Dec. 4, the Janesville woman was found dead inside a car parked in the 2400 block of Hoard Street by a Madison Police Parking Enforcement Officer, according to the release.
MPD detectives determined Ronald J. Green, 34, supplied the woman with heroin that led to an overdose and death, police said.
Green faces first-degree reckless homicide/deliver drugs and manufacturing and delivering heroin, police said.
