Man charged after taking a field sobriety test
MIDDLETON, Wis. — A Madison man faces his seventh charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence after Middleton police stopped him early Tuesday morning.
Shoun Parks, 38, faces charges after a police officer pulled him over after seeing the car he was driving had drifted out of his traffic lane at the corner of Franklin Avenue and Parklawn Place just after 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said Parks was displaying signs of impairment by alcohol. Parks was charged after taking a field sobriety test.
Parks also faces charges of having open intoxicants inside the vehicle and operating after revocation.
