Madison man accused of selling oxycodone, heroin

MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man was charged in federal court on accusations that he distributed oxycodone and heroin.
William D. Flowers, 26, is charged with two counts of distributing oxycodone, four counts of distributing heroin and with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors said Flowers distributed oxycodone and heroin in February and March, and that he had a handgun on March 13.
If convicted, Flowers faces up to 20 years in federal prison on each distribution charge and 10 years on the felon in possession charge.
