Lores Ann Marshall

Lores Ann Marshall, age 97, of Janesville, died on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Nursing Home. She was born in Brownsville, MN on April 6, 1915, the daughter of Charles and Adeline (Senn) Driscoll. She married Walter H. Marshall in Brownsville, MN on June 15, 1940, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 22, 1990. Lores had been a resident of Janesville since 1965, moving here from La Crosse. She had been employed by Electric Auto Lite Co., La Crosse, Dwyer Funeral Home, La Crosse, and the Wisconsin School for the Visually Handicapped. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by her son, Walter (Teresa “Terri”) R. Marshall of Janesville; 3 grandchildren: Michele (Harry “Rob”) Borck of Janesville, Lance (Amanda) Wollin of Fort Atkinson and Lindie Wollin of Madison; 2 great grandchildren, James Borck and Kinsley Wollin; and 2 sisters-in-law, Lucille Marshall of Janesville and Bernice Driscoll of La Crosse and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 3 brothers: Clarence, Robert and Francis Driscoll; and 3 sisters: Alice Ryder, Mickey Scanlan, and Irene Knight.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at ST. PATRICK’S CATHOLIC CHURCH with Rev. James Kuhn officiating. Interment will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the CHURCH. Lasting memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Nursing Home. SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY is assisting the family.
