MADISON, Wis. — A Madison leprechaun spent St. Patrick’s Day spreading holiday cheer to children staying at in area hospital’s pediatric unit.

The leprechaun visited SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital Friday, sharing songs and giving out small items to the children.
