Left lanes reopen on I-39 southbound after crash

LODI, Wis– The left two lanes are back open on I-39 southbound at WIS 60 after a crash near Lodi.
The crash was first reported around 5:30 Wednesday morning at mile marker 120, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Traffic on I-39/90/94 SB just south of WIS 60 was closed on the left lanes due to the incident.
Traffic was backed up in excess of four miles, with delays stretching as far north as Poynette.
During the incident, Arlington Fire Department officials reported seeing dozens of drivers using their phones to record the crash scene. At least 12 people were cited for inattentive driving in an emergency zone.
