Kenseth wins pole at Bristol

Matt Kenseth won his first pole of the NASCAR Sprint Cup season Friday.

Kenseth paced the field for the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway with a top time of 14.917 seconds (128.632 mph).

Kenseth will start Sunday’s race on the pole with Brad Keselowski joining him on the front row.

Carl Edwards qualified third whild Kevin Harvick was fourth.
