Joyce Ann Prisk

Joyce Ann Prisk, 78, of Fort Atkinson, died Monday, July 31, 2017 at her home.

She was born on August, 17, 1938 in LaCrosse, daughter of the late Irving and Esther (Larsen) Krenz. Joyce owned and operated The Blackhawk Club on Blackhawk Island since 1980.

Joyce is survived by her children, Becky (James) Ward, Carl (Pam) Ellis, Diane (Hank) Soper, Joy (Jesse) Hall, Robert Ellis, Albert Ellis, Richard Prisk Jr. and Shayne Prisk; step-daughters, Kathy, Cindy and Renee; brother, Thomas Krenz; sister, Darlene Kerrigan; 25 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Prisk, Sr.; sisters, Janet Butzler and Sharon Dahl; son, Buddy and her daughter, Vicki Jenkins.

She loved her dog, Pixie and enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends of The Blackhawk Club.

At Joyce’s request, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.

The Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
