Johnson is not saying whether McConnell should remain leader

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson isn’t saying whether Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell should remain in his post after repeatedly failing to repeal the Obama health care law.
Asked during a question-and-answer session with real estate developers and homebuilders on Friday whether McConnell needs to go, Johnson responded that the GOP has a real problem with leadership. He says the people governing the country don’t know how to solve problems.
He didn’t mention McConnell by name. Pressed by a reporter after the session, he said it was obvious Republican lack the leadership they need to pass health care changes. Asked point-blank whether he wants someone to replace McConnell, Johnson said he wouldn’t answer the question.
