John R. Burik

John worked for many years in the metal fabrication and welding industry, beyond work, John enjoyed using his welding skills to make his family pieces of art. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and grilling out with family and friends. He loved NASCAR, country music, and being with his family. He especially loved his grandchildren and spending time with them. He grew up in Madison, graduated from East high school and has been a lifelong Madison resident. He was preceded in death by his father, Tonny Burik; his uncle Hank Burik; and his sister Sherry Lynn.

John is survived by his mother June Thompson; brother Randy Burik, sister Kathryn Beecher; his daughters Danielle and Lindsey Burik, grandchildren Trevon Parker, Corrina Burik, Danny Ray Burik, Spencer Lopez, and Austin Lopez; also survived by his nieces, nephew and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue from 3:00-6:00 p.m. with services at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family to cover expenses.
