Joely L. Roosli

Madison/Belleville, WI/Joely L. Roosli, age 58, of Madison passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Waunakee Manor.
He was born on January 4, 1959 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison the son of Eugene and Joyce (Meier) Roosli.
He graduated from Belleville High School in 1977 and then attended MATC in Madison. With a desire to explore the country and see new places Joely embarked on a journey across the country on his motorcycle, he visited 39 of the 50 states on his bike. Experiencing America on his Harley-Davidson was motorcycle therapy. After returning to Wisconsin he worked at Capital Newspapers as a press operator for 29 years.
Joely enjoyed western movies on Saddle Up Saturday, camping, bikes, and cars, especially his pride and joy ’68 Mustang.
Joely is survived by his mother Joyce Roosli, brothers Chris Roosli and Larry (Kathy) Roosli, sisters Susan Brey, Diane (Jeff) Sarbacker, and Vonnie Flannery, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Eugene, grandmothers Josephine Meier and Marie Roosli, and brother-in-law Edward Brey.
Per his request private family services will be held. Inurnment will be in the Belleville Cemetery.
