LAKE WINDSOR – Jo Deen Marion Orlandoni, 71, of Lake Windsor died peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2012, at St. Mary’s Care Center in Madison with friends at her side.
She was born January 30, 1941 in Madison, the daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Buffington) Dohm.

Jo Deen was a graduate of Lodi High School. Jo Deen married the late Danilo Giovanni Orlandoni in 1962. They made their home in Lake Windsor. JoDeen retired from American Family Insurance after 38 years of service. Jo Deen and Danilo spent their time traveling abroad.

Jo Deen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, was an avid fan of the Badgers and Packers, loved to travel with her husband and friends and adored their cats, Sambi and Cottonball.

Survivors include her two aunts, Grace Buffington Hyslop of Waunakee and Marian Buffington Rosier of Camp Douglas; her cousins Tom (Cheryl) Hyslop; Terry (Al) Westergard; Sue (Greg) Evans; Pat (Jim) Sampson; Mike Rosier; Connie Alexander; John (Linn) Bauman, Carol (Bob) Peters, Bob (Julie) Anchor; brother-in-laws, Angelo (Verna) and Walter (Georgene); nephew Tony (Heather) Orlandoni and nieces Tonia Orlandoni and Aleta Orlandoni. JoDeen is preceded in death by her parents and husband Danilo.

At her request, there will be no service or visitation. However, friends and family are invited to share in a celebration of Jo Deen and Danilo’s lives at their home in Lake Windsor on Sunday, July 1st, between 2-5 p.m. Jo Deen will be interned with her husband Danilo in Fond du lac.
Jo Deen will remain in our hearts and thoughts forever.
