Jeanne Soukup Dunahee

MADISON-Jeanne Soukup Dunahee, age 69, of Madison, died on July 4, 2012, at her home. She was born on April 10, 1943, in Lyndon Station, the daughter of Lad and Hilda (Seifert) Soukup. Jeanne had three kids while married to Richard Dunahee in the 1960’s. She graduated from Mauston High School. Jeanne worked at the Madison School District until retirement. She loved animals, especially her dogs, and aspired to be a veterinarian as a child.

Jeanne is survived by her partner of 30 years, Bob Salenius; daughter, Debra Crist of Madison; son, David Dunahee of DeForest; daughter, Deana Dunahee of Cottage Grove; brother, Paul Soukup of Lyndon Station; and several grandkids and great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents.
