MIDDLETON-Jeanette Louise Duschak, age 92, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2013. She was born on January 27, 1921, in Madison, the daughter of Joseph and Berneda (Wing) Pertzborn. Jeanette was united in marriage to Alexius (Lex) Duschak on September 27, 1939. She was employed as a credit manager for Fish Building Supply until retiring in1986. Jeanette was a lifelong resident of Middleton, and a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. Jeanette enjoyed bowling and golfing and their season tickets to all the UW Badger Football games with their many friends. Together Lex and Jeanette spent their winters at their condo in Lake Worth, FL where they enjoyed the friendships of many lifelong friends.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband Lex, her parents, brother and sister-in-law Don (Lydia) Pertzborn and niece Mary Billmeyer. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Sandra Statz, Rick (Pat) Pertzborn, Dan (Linda) Pertzborn, Diana Pertzborn and Don (Sharon) Pertzborn, and her grand nieces and nephews.

A special “Thank You” to Girlie’s Manor Cross Plains for their love and care of Jeanette. Also to Agrace HospiceCare, Fr. Tom Kelley and Sister John Rose Acker for being there with her in her final hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Agrace HospiceCare or The Alzheimer’s Foundation.

A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. BERNARD’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave., Middleton at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 9, 2013, with Monsignor Douglas Dushack presiding. Inurnment will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Madison.
