Janesville man charged with 4th OWI

JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Janesville man is facing his fourth impaired driving charge after a traffic stop early Monday, officials said.
The Janesville Police Department said an officer stopped a vehicle at 2:50 a.m. at Center Avenue and Rockport Road on suspicion of driving without taillights.
The driver, 34-year-old Robert L. Molitor, allegedly failed field sobriety tests.
Molitor was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated.
Police said that after Molitor was arrested, he resisted officers and was taken to the Rock County Jail where he was held. Molitor refused further testing, so a search warrant was drafted to obtain a sample of blood for testing.
