Janesville man arrested on suspicion of 5th OWI

A man from Janesville was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of his fifth charge of operating while intoxicated.
Just before 1 a.m. Janesville police stopped a car at Garfield Avenue and East Centerway knowing the driver had a revoked license.
After approaching the car, officers said they smelled alcohol. The Janesville Police Department said standard field sobriety tests confirmed that the driver was impaired.

The results of a blood sample are pending. Hill is currently being held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial appearance in court.
